Dr. Alexandra Khaimov
Dr. Alexandra Khaimov is a compassionate and highly experienced associate dentist at Making Awesome Smiles in Boca Raton. Originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she moved to the United States at the age of 16 and later earned her dental degree from NYU School of Dentistry in 2003. Since then, Dr. Khaimov has dedicated herself to continuous learning and clinical excellence, earning certifications in Invisalign, dental implants, laser dentistry, and full orthodontic systems including Fastbraces and Simply Clear Aligners by Orthobrain. She also completed a fellowship in periodontics, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages and needs.
Dr. Khaimov is passionate about the impact dentistry can have on people’s lives—from relieving pain and restoring function to rebuilding confidence through a healthy smile. She values the balance of science, artistry, and human connection that dentistry offers and takes pride in her ability to solve problems while making patients feel seen and cared for. Her favorite part of her day is getting to know her patients as individuals, building trust, and helping even the most anxious visitors feel at ease in the dental chair.
Since joining the practice in 2024, Dr. Khaimov has found a true professional home at Making Awesome Smiles. She appreciates the supportive and team-oriented atmosphere, as well as the shared commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Each day brings opportunities for collaboration, growth, and meaningful interactions with patients—things she deeply values in her career.
Outside of the office, Dr. Khaimov enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their beloved Labradoodle, Rocky. Whether she’s practicing yoga, taking long walks, reading a great book, or cooking at home, she finds joy in the little moments that bring balance and happiness. Rocky is a constant source of laughter—especially when he insists on leaping into her arms despite his 45-pound frame! Family means everything to Dr. Khaimov, and she’s proud of the strong values they uphold together: love, kindness, and perseverance.
